County of Grande Prairie, August 22 Council Highhlites

Teepee Creek Public Hearings

Council held a public hearing on bylaw 2680-11-029 to redesignate land located 6 miles west of the Hamlet of Teepee Creek from agricultural to country residential to facilitate development of 4.42 hectares of land to allow for subdivision of one lot. Council gave the bylaw third reading.
Council held a public hearing on bylaw 2680-11-027 to redesignate land located 1 mile north of the Town of Wembley from agricultural to country residential. This would facilitate the development of 4.05 hectares of land to allow for country residential use. Council gave the bylaw third reading.
Council held a public hearing on bylaw 2680-11-030 to redesignate 6.85 hectares of land located north east of the Hamlet of Bezanson from agricultural to general commercial district that would allow for commercial use. Council gave the bylaw third reading.
Council held a public hearing on bylaw 2680-11-031 to redesignate 4.33 hectares of land located within the Hamlet of Clairmont from agricultural to country residential. Council gave the bylaw third reading.
